The Anjolie Journey

One drop closer to your body
Everyone has their own story. At Anjolie, we take time to listen. We bring together a personal consultation, microscopic observation of a fresh blood drop and individual advice on dietary supplements. Our support continues after your first visit, so you have someone to discuss your experience and next steps with.
Blood drop analysis
A tiny capillary blood sample from your finger is enough for observation. We collect it with a sterile, single-use lancet.
Dark-field microscopy
We observe the sample using a Darkfield BA310 microscope and look at the appearance and behaviour of blood cells.
Tailored supplementation plan
We recommend which dietary supplements to take, how often and in what amounts. We consider your needs, diet and any supplements you already take.

What happens during your visit
Darkfield blood drop analysis and a personal consultation take approximately 60 minutes.
-
We start with your story
We listen to what you need right now.
How do you feel, what does a typical day look like, and what would you like to change? We discuss your diet, sleep, daily routine, and any supplements or medicines you take. There is time for your questions and any available test results. This conversation helps us understand your needs and expectations in context.

-
We look at a drop of blood together
An introduction to the world under the microscope.
We take a small blood sample from your finger and prepare it for observation using darkfield microscopy. Together, we view the appearance and movement of blood cells in the fresh sample on a screen. We explain what you see, including what this observation can and cannot show. It does not measure laboratory values or establish a diagnosis.

-
Supplement advice with a clear purpose
So you know what you are taking and why.
Based on our consultation, your diet, lifestyle and any available laboratory results, we discuss whether dietary supplements may be appropriate for you and which ones to consider. We explain the choices, how to take them and the recommended duration. We also take your current supplements into account and recommend checking any questions about interactions with medicines with a doctor or pharmacist.

-
We stay with you on your journey
Our support does not end with your first visit.
We stay in touch and meet again after about a month. We discuss how you feel, how the recommended routine suits you and what you have been able to incorporate into daily life. We may observe another blood drop and compare its image with the previous recording. Differences between the images alone do not demonstrate that supplementation has worked. We therefore agree on next steps based on the overall review, your experience and any standard medical tests.

The limits of observation
The service does not replace medical or laboratory examinations, diagnosis or treatment. Darkfield observation does not identify nutrient deficiencies or determine supplement doses. Discuss medication and possible supplement interactions with your doctor or pharmacist. Do not change prescribed treatment without your doctor’s advice.

How long does the initial consultation take?
Your first visit takes approximately 60 minutes. This includes a personal consultation, blood drop analysis and preparation and explanation of your supplementation plan.
What should I bring?
If you have recent laboratory test results, medical reports or a list of medicines and supplements you take, please bring them. They help us put the consultation in a broader context. If you do not have any of these documents, you can still attend the consultation.
What is a follow-up consultation for?
After about a month, we discuss your experience with the recommended routine and agree on next steps. If appropriate, we may observe another blood drop. Differences between images alone do not demonstrate the effect of supplementation. The follow-up lasts about 30 minutes; please see the pricing section for its cost.
Where does the consultation take place and how do I book an appointment?
The consultation takes place at our longevity centre Anjolie branch in Jesenice near Prague. You can book an appointment on our online shop. Contact us if you need help with your booking.
Does the analysis replace a medical examination?
No. Dark-field microscopy does not replace laboratory testing, medical diagnosis or treatment. We do not use the observation of a fresh blood sample to diagnose diseases. At Anjolie, we use it as a complementary tool within a consultation focused primarily on lifestyle, nutrition and supplementation. If a health concern arises, we recommend checking it through standard laboratory methods or discussing it with a doctor.
What do we look at during a dark-field analysis?
Using dark-field microscopy, we observe a a blood sample collected from your finger. We observe blood cells—their appearance, shape and distribution—and other structures visible in the sample. The microscope image is displayed on a monitor. We do not use these observations to diagnose conditions or nutrient deficiencies.
Will I see my blood on the screen?
Yes. We display the microscope image on a screen so you can watch your sample with us. During the consultation, we explain the structures we observe and show you what we are looking at.
Does the blood sample collection hurt?
The sample collection is very quick and involves a small prick on your finger, much like checking your blood sugar. We only need a small amount of capillary blood for the analysis.
What does the Anjolie Journey include?
The Anjolie Journey includes a personal consultation, darkfield blood drop analysis and targeted supplementation. You receive a supplementation plan specifying which dietary supplements to take, how often and in what amounts.
