How to Return Goods Within 14 Days

By law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. When returning goods, you bear the cost of shipping back to us. Goods can only be returned if they are unopened, meaning the protective seal is not broken.

Step 1
Print and fill in the return form.

Step 2
Pack the products you want to return, attach the printed invoice and the return form.

Step 3
Send the package back at your own expense to the address:
Anarich JP, s.r.o., Jabloňová 1142, 242 52 Jesenice

Or bring the package to us in person anytime during opening hours.

 

Product Complaints

To handle a complaint, in some cases, proof photos are sufficient. Before sending the goods back to us, wait for our response.
