How to Return Goods Within 14 Days

By law, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. When returning goods, you bear the cost of shipping back to us. Goods can only be returned if they are unused and in their original condition, including all protective seals.

You can process the return online in your order details, or print and fill in the return form.

Pack the products you want to return, attach the printed invoice and the return form.

Step 3
Send the package back at your own expense to the address:

Or bring the package to us in person anytime during opening hours.

 

Product Complaints

To handle a complaint, in some cases photo evidence is sufficient. Before sending the goods back to us, please wait for our response.
