We process some personal data for the sale of goods and the operation of our website.

The processing of personal data is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

Processing of personal data in case of use of the contact form

If you request our products and services, we will work with your contact details that you provide to us, mainly via the enquiry form. These are: Name and surname, e-mail address.

For what reason?

We contact you through them for further arrangement regarding the goods.

On what legal basis?

This is processing based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – contract negotiation or to carry out pre- contractual measures at your request.

How long will we process the personal data?

Unless we establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 1 month from our last communication.

Processing of personal data in case of purchase

If you make a purchase with us, we will work with the data you fill in. These are mainly billing data: first name, last name, address, ID number, VAT number and IP address.

For what reason?

We need to process personal data to fulfil our contract – to deliver our goods to you. We will also communicate with you via the contact data regarding the status of your order, or regarding complaints or questions you may have.

We will further process the personal data for the fulfilment of our obligations under the law (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for the processing of complaints).

On what legal basis do we process personal data?

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract and Article 6(1)(c)

GDPR – performance of our legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data?

For the duration of the performance of our service and thereafter for 10 years from the last time that service was provided, or goods were supplied.

II. Who gets access to the data?

Your data stays with us. However, some companies or other persons work for us and have access to your data because they help us to run our e-shop. These are:

• –  e-shop creator (Jana Jonášová, Spojárov 1249, 386 01 Strakonice, ID: 43: 43:4 person is registered in the trade register kept at the Litvínov City Office)
• –  companies involved in the dispatch of goods (Direct Parcel Distribution CZ s.r.o., PPL CZ s.r.o.)
• –  companies involved in the dispatch of payments (GoPay s.r.o.)
• –  e-mailing service provider (Google)We process personal data only in the European Union.

• We do not have a designated data protection officer.
  Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
