1.) Baked Apples with a Cocodela Heart
Ingredients:

2 sweet apples

cinnamon, vanilla
-
a handful of chopped nuts
Instructions:
Cut the apples in half and remove the core. Fill the center with Cocodela, sprinkle with nuts and cinnamon, and bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes.
The result? A warm, cozy dessert with zero added sugar.
2.) Frozen Choco-Banana Bites
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas
-
chopped nuts or granola
-
small skewers or toothpicks
Instructions:
Slice the bananas into rounds, sandwich two together with Cocodela, roll in chopped nuts or granola, and freeze for 1–2 hours.
Perfect on warm days - kids love them too!
3.) Nutty Choco Brownies
Ingredients:

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

2 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

1 tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Pour into a lined baking dish, top with nuts, and bake at 170°C (340°F) for 20–25 minutes.

4.) Coconut Protein Pancakes with Coconut Kefir
Ingredients (makes ~6 small pancakes):

100 ml Cocomel (coconut kefir)

½ tsp baking powder

pinch of salt

coconut oil for frying
Toppings:

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients into a thick batter. Heat a pan with coconut oil and cook small pancakes on both sides until golden.
Serve warm, topped with Cocodela, fruit, and a sprinkle of coconut or granola.

5.) Overnight Oats
Ingredients (1 serving):

Instructions:
