Royal Granola Baked in Broumov

There are breakfasts that simply fill you up. And then there are breakfasts you look forward to the night before. That is exactly how our Royal Granola was created. In the picturesque town of Broumov in northern Bohemia, we bake our granola honestly, by hand, and in small batches. We are not a large industrial manufacturer, and we do not want to be one. We believe that when food is made with love, care, and a strong emphasis on quality, you can taste it in every bite. That is why we insist on premium ingredients, traditional methods, and a flavor that wins you over from the very first spoonful. The foundation of every one of our granolas is organic gluten-free rolled oats. They form the base of the entire recipe and give the granola its characteristic texture, satisfying nature, and natural flavor. Unlike many conventional granolas, we do not use inexpensive vegetable fats or palm oil. Instead, we bake our oats with real ghee butter, which gives them a delicate buttery taste, a wonderful aroma, and a perfectly crunchy texture.

Another ingredient we simply cannot imagine our granola without is real Czech honey. During baking, the honey brings all the flavors together, creates gentle caramelization, and gives the granola its characteristic golden color. We do not use refined sugar or industrial glucose syrups. We prefer ingredients that have stood the test of time and that give the final product genuine flavor. One of the things our customers appreciate most is the generous amount of high-quality nuts. We never cut corners on ingredients or hide them beneath a layer of oats. Every package contains large pieces of almonds, cashews, and hazelnuts, adding a rich flavor, pleasant texture, and premium character to the granola. Nuts should be visible, they should provide a satisfying crunch in every bite, and they should taste exactly as nature intended.

We follow the same philosophy when selecting our chocolate and cocoa. Whenever they are part of the recipe, we use only high-quality chocolate and cocoa with a high cocoa content. No chocolate coatings, substitutes, or artificial flavors. Thanks to this, our chocolate granolas offer an intense flavor, rich aroma, and a pleasantly long finish that delights every chocolate lover. The generous chocolate pieces are clearly visible and form an essential part of every package.
