WPC 80 lactose-free whey protein with Collagen

Product detailed description
Why Protein Is So Important for Men
No protein, no growth. No protein, no recovery. And without recovery, there is no progress. Every workout puts stress on your muscles. The micro-tears created during training need to be repaired so the muscles can become stronger. To do this, the body needs enough high-quality protein. If protein intake is insufficient, the body may break down muscle tissue for energy, which can lead to stagnation, fatigue and loss of strength.
Protein can also support fat loss. It has a high satiating effect and the body uses energy to digest and metabolise it. An adequate protein intake also helps you feel fuller for longer and may reduce cravings that often appear in the evening after training.
A man who wants to build a strong, high-performance body needs protein every day. Not only for muscle, but also to support overall body function, immunity, physical performance and the maintenance of an optimal body-fat percentage. Protein isn't an extra – it's a foundation.
Why We Added Bovine Collagen to Body Shape Protein
Every man who trains regularly puts his body under significant physical stress. Heavy weights, intense workouts and repeated strain place high demands on tendons, joints and connective tissues. This is where collagen comes in.
Collagen is the main structural protein in connective tissues. That's why we've added hydrolysed bovine collagen, providing amino acids characteristic of collagen proteins.
We chose this combination of protein and collagen because it makes sense. It doesn't focus solely on muscle protein – it also provides collagen peptides for a more comprehensive formula.
Recommended Daily Protein Intake
- Sedentary lifestyle: 1–1.2 g of protein per kg of body weight.
- Regular physical activity and exercise: 1.6–2.5 g of protein per kg of body weight. Protein supplements should complement a varied diet and should not replace regular meals.

Key Features of LactoSpore®
- Resistance to stomach acid – thanks to its spore-forming nature, the bacteria can survive passage through the digestive tract and reach the intestine, where it becomes active.
- Stability – unlike many conventional probiotics, it does not require refrigeration and can be incorporated into various supplement formats, including powders, capsules, tablets and foods.
- Gut microbiome support – helps support the balance of intestinal microflora and digestion.
- Helps support an optimal environment in the digestive tract.
- Supports digestive comfort.
Bromelain – An Enzyme from Pineapple
Origin: Found primarily in the stem and fruit of the pineapple.
Enzyme type: Protease (cysteine protease).
Role in digestion: Helps break down proteins into smaller peptides and amino acids, supporting their further digestion. It works across a relatively broad pH range, allowing it to remain active in different parts of the digestive tract.
Papain – An Enzyme from Papaya
Origin: Obtained from unripe papaya fruit.
Enzyme type: Cysteine protease, similar to bromelain.
Role in digestion: Helps break down a wide range of proteins. Thanks to its broad pH range, it can remain active under different conditions within the digestive tract. It is commonly used in digestive enzyme products to support protein breakdown.
Bromelain and papain can complement the body's natural proteolytic enzymes and support the digestion and breakdown of proteins.
Recommended Protein Dosage
- For people without regular sports activity:
If you are not used to taking protein supplements, we recommend starting with 1 scoop daily (28 g) = 25 servings per pack. Ideally, take it in the morning, mid-morning or as a snack between meals, or add it to breakfast, for example to porridge or a smoothie. - For active individuals and those building muscle mass:
With higher levels of physical activity or when aiming to build muscle mass, we recommend 2 scoops daily (56 g) = 12.5 servings per pack. Suggested timing: 1 scoop after training and 1 scoop in the morning or during the day to supplement your protein intake.
