Natural active ingredients contained in the product:

• Arnica – contains mainly essential oils, choline, tannins, and minerals. It has circulation-boosting, anti-inflammatory, and healing effects. It also helps with arthritic and arthrosis-related joint inflammation.
• Bladderwrack – is used for joint inflammation and rheumatism, helps reduce hardening of the arteries. It soothes arthritis and rheumatism and has excellent anti-inflammatory effects.
• Horse chestnut – contains mainly saponins, escin, flavonoids, and pectin. The active compounds in horse chestnut positively affect the elasticity and strength of blood vessel walls and help prevent swelling, especially lymphatic swelling.
• Calendula – Calendula is highly valued for its cleansing, disinfectant, antibiotic, antiseptic, and antioxidant effects. It also supports the formation of new tissues, thereby accelerating the entire skin healing process. It can significantly improve skin condition.
• Sage – contains essential oil (up to 2.5%), organic acids, tannins, bitter compounds, flavonoids, saponins, B vitamins, resins, and substances similar to the female hormone estrogen. Sage has excellent anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and mildly astringent effects. It accelerates wound healing and supports stimulation of cell membranes.
• St. John’s Wort – contains rutin, organic acids, tannins, provitamin A, vitamin C, resin, and other compounds. It has strong anti-inflammatory effects, improves the quality of blood vessel walls, and supports metabolism. It soothes sensitive skin.
• Kidney vetch – contains mainly tannins, saponins, mucilage, sugars, and organic acids. It has disinfectant and astringent effects and supports metabolism. As its name suggests, it has beneficial effects on a wide range of disorders of both traumatic and non-traumatic origin.
• Natural camphor – has refreshing and mildly disinfectant effects, stimulates circulation, relieves itching, supports metabolism, and helps prevent inflammation.
• Natural menthol – has cooling, intensely refreshing, antiseptic, antibacterial, and stimulating effects, removes feelings of fatigue, and relieves muscle pain. Menthol stimulates nerves so that cold sensations create the familiar cooling feeling, thereby preventing the body from reacting to painful stimuli.
• Wintergreen essential oil – a natural pain-relieving tonic, contains natural methyl salicylate.
• Thyme essential oil – antiseptic and toning effects, supports the body’s natural defenses. Effectively helps with muscle and rheumatic pain.
• Peppermint essential oil – helps relieve cramps, has anti-inflammatory effects, reduces smooth muscle tension, and creates a cooling sensation.
• Extract from certified medicinal peloids – thanks to the high content of biologically active humic acids, silicic acid, vitamins, plant enzymes and sterols, natural resins, vitamins, and natural minerals, it has deeply cleansing, regenerative, hydrating, anti-inflammatory, and stimulating effects on the skin. It suppresses the effects of harmful free radicals and thus helps slow the skin aging process. The substances contained in peat positively affect all vital body systems. Directions for use:

How to apply the gel?

• Gently massage the gel into tired areas such as legs, hands, or back.
• The gel absorbs quickly and does not leave a sticky feeling.
• Repeat the massage 2–4 times daily for maximum effect.

Tips to enhance the regenerative effect:

• Chronic conditions: After applying the gel, place cling film over the area, which will adhere easily, and cover with a towel.
• Inflammatory conditions: Place something cooling on the cling film – ideally a bag of frozen vegetables (e.g. peas, which adapt to the shape) – and wrap again with a towel.

Additional uses:

• Headache: Massage a small amount of gel into the temples for immediate relief.
• Toothache: Apply the gel to the cheek in the painful area for quick soothing relief.
